Every staff person working here is so kind. The first time I stopped by I didn't have my prescription yet, and the man at the desk adjusted my old glasses for me anyway while I browsed. When I actually went for the new glasses, I asked every worker there for their opinion on which frame to get, and they all gave it serious thought and thoughtful opinions. Definitely a good place to get your new glasses!

The staff here is always so friendly! We’ve had to come in for replacement screws and frame adjustments a few times for my kids’ glasses, and they’re always quick and professional. When we’ve shopped for frames, they’re helpful without being pushy or trying to force upgrades.

Have been going to this optometrist for several years! The office staff are always friendly and the office is very clean. The doctor is knowledgeable and thorough with great tips for contacts and glasses! Highly recommend

I ordered contacts from this place in person after receiving a prescription from the optometrist office inside Costco. USPS shipped it back to sender because they inputted my address incorrectly. When I called, the optometrist department worker over the phone was extremely rude and offered no apology. I now have to wait another 2 weeks for my contacts which I should have already received.
