I was traveling from out of state. I had a bit of an emergency and stopped by to see if Dr. Rhinehart’s office could assist me. I was hopeful but also doubtful. Why would his office help me, a non-patient? Well, I ended up being helped by Doctor himself and he went above and beyond. He exceeded my expectations and I left a very happy camper! If I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you Dr. Rhinehart!
Nathan went above and beyond to help me out with my new glasses. I am very grateful for all the knowledge he shared and how he made sure my glasses fit well and were comfortable. Hi, my name is Priya. My husband and I are traveling. We were in Idaho Falls, enroute from The Craters of the Moon NP to Mesa Falls. I had a mishap with my glasses. A car ran over them. Nathan Bray from Idaho Falls Costco Opticals is a dear. He fixed them immediately, to my surprise. I didn’t think my glasses were salvageable. Nathan also gave me a tip. I am so grateful to him. Dr Rhinehart and his staff went above and beyond to help me when I had gotten myself into a pickle. I tore my last left contact lens earlier today (thinking I had more) and couldn’t see at all, about to head out on a trip. Without an appointment and after hours (they stayed about 30 mins late for me), Dr Rhinehart and his staff got me taken care of. Thanks so much!
I want to give a big thank you to Dr. Rhinehart and his staff. I went in for a routine exam and he suggested that because of the severity of my nearsightedness I do an additional scan. It was on this scan that he determined I needed to see an opthalmologist and he referred me to a group in IF where it was determined that I needed further interventions. I really appreciate the thoroughness of Dr. Rhinehart!
