The staff was nice and the doctor was as well. Although I wasn’t pleased when he charged me $30 for “contact training” for me son that clearly took 2 minutes and I could’ve shown him! Thought that was pretty shaded to mention after the fact..” btw insurance doesn’t cover the contact training..$30 please.” Also, I don’t care for the dr only doing a year prescription, and I couldn’t even get a loaner pair until my appointment.

The doctor himself is nice enough. The staff however are rude and provide false and contradictory information constantly. On our last visit my son and I had eye exams in August. He purchased glasses and I purchased contacts. We informed the staff and doctor we would be back the following month to get my sons contacts and my glasses when my new insurance began. They messed up the billing and tried to order my son contacts instead of glasses. They fixed the mistake and said we would need to pay the $40 contact exam fee when we came in next month. When I called to come back in I was told the exams last for a year so I was good but they would want to redo my sons exam since it was 2 months old. I told him the doc saidbibwas to pay the $40 but the exam was still good as it was only 2 months ago and this is not only contradicotry to what we were told, but what he just said about exams being good for a year. When I pointed out this contradictions, the staff said he was was confused and could tell me why he was contradicting himself. What? This is not even the first time we have had these kind issue with contradictions and run around not to mention the rude nature of staff. This is the final straw for my family. Save your time, money, and stress and take your business elsewhere as I we are.
Great service!! The other Walmart vision center wouldn't replace my glasses frame. The employees here were very helpful and took care of it quickly.
brought in a pair of glasses that were just wrecked. 2 year old had gotten a hold of them multiple times. Scott fixed them to where they look and feel brand new. Super friendly, quick, and excellent job
I love the staff! They are most down to earth people! I would highly recommend 👌
