Eye Pros - Idaho Falls

I had a great experience! I needed to be seen quickly due to some major eye irritation, and also needed glasses very quickly because my contacts were making it worse (I didn't even own glasses because I always wear my contacts 🤦‍♀️). The staff at Eye Pros was great! They were able to work me in quickly to be seen AND got me glasses within a half hour!

I have always had the best care with Dr. Jackson & staff! Grateful to feel so confident with the diagnosis and care, from the Dr. to the billing process! Thank you!

Thanks to Dr. Jackson, I received the proper surgery to treat my vision change. I recently went in due to my vision changing since my last checkup 2 years ago at a different optometrist. I had originally seen an optometrist at the other business and was told I had macular degeneration starting and wanted a second opinion, and was one my new insurance covered. Dr. Jackson checked me over and found that I DID NOT have macular degeneration but cataracts. Major difference and treatment. Was sent to Idaho Eye and Laser for verification of need for surgery. I needed cataract surgery, no macular degeneration found. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Jackson at Eye Pros. He and his staff are the best I've found. Friendly, thorough, giving you the best care possible. .

Dr. Scott Homer was very unprofessional with me in my appointment yesterday. He asked me which one looked better out of rjese two lenses and I said they both look just about the same. He then told me to keep my head straight, but I have disabilities that’s makes it near impossible to keep my head straight so sorry but if you’re having a bad day, don’t take it out on your patients not sorry.

I went in not knowing I had an eye infection. My vision has been bad for many months. Dr Johnson is so good with trying to clear up the infection. He will follow through until I am completely healed. A great experience for me.
