LensCrafters is a very helpful company to work with. Their frames are very good and stylish! The cost is reasonable. I feel like LensCrafters does the best job in stocking a good variety of frames. They do the best job in keeping the cost down but yet have top quality frames. The glasses are always on time! LensCrafters always does what they say they will do! They are a very honest company. I plan on always doing business with them. Emma , an employee helped me on two different occasions. She was very nice and extremely professional! A big thanks to this company! They are amazing!

Both of the Emma’s were great at helping my fiancé today! Emma Cortez has helped me over the years and has great friendly customer service. She helped adjust his old glasses to get him by while he’s waiting for his new pair, and did 100 times better at it than the place he purchased this old pair from ever did. We will be coming back!!

When I walked into the store, I was relieved to see that Emma was working, as she has been extremely thorough and helpful in my previous transactions with LensCrafters. She is an active listener, critical thinker, and genuinely cares about her customers. For example, during my visit yesterday, I had been given a new prescription for lenses that was going to be a big change for me. She was able to quickly analyze the information in my responses to her questions, and apply her analysis toward reducing my anxiety about these new lenses, as well as ensuring that I as comfortable with the process itself. In the end, we went with a different type of lens. I was particularly impressed with her desire to make sure I had the right lenses, not the most expensive ones because that was what was going to build my confidence and comfort with this new prescription. Her willingness to listen, explain things in a manner that I could understand, and her method of resolving the issues at hand were a demonstration of her commitment to ensuring the customer was satisfied. I’m a LensCrafters customer for life now! Thank you again Emma, I am grateful for your efforts.

We could not have asked for a better experience this evening. Meghan was very helpful and patient as we worked through our many options. We ended up getting a great deal. 10/10 recommend.

The crew at this location is amazing. They are super helpful and will do whatever they can to make your visit the best. They treat us like family and you can tell they genuinely care.
