Last year we paid over $700 for a pair of glasses that have rubber grips where they touch your ear. One of the grips has come apart and is separating so we took them in to get fixed. They said there was nothing they could do about it as the frames were discontinued. Terrible customer service, go to Costco, they stand behind their products.
5 times now. Between my husband , son and myself they have gotten the prescription wrong on the doctor side and the lab side. Never again. The workers there are rude as can be , had one say can I help you then walked off for absolutely no reason went about cleaning , that was peculiar. Went and had the glasses tested and yes it came back wrong. Watched them tell a old lady well give them a few days and come back knowing hers was probably wrong as well. Never ever again using their services .
2 pairs of progressive lens for $79! I got the $19.95 lenses and they are good quality. I go to Dr. Jackson right next door and it's one-stop shopping. Plus they make them in-house!
I really love Eyemart... the doctor was so accurate and made sure of that before just throwing me a subscription... I love that they whole staff was kind, patient, and caring... they made me feel comfortable and allowed me to express myself without dismissing my feelings, and thoughts. Thank you EyeMart you guys rock!! Idaho Falls area!
I went in to Eyemart with the goal of purchasing two pair of glasses this past week. The place was slammed! As soon as I walked in though, I was greeted and then was given an apology for needing to wait. The sales rep worked quickly through the customers and while doing so would periodically check-in assuring that she was still aware of me. Once my turn came to place my order I felt I had her undivided attention all while giving the customers who entered the store after me just as warm of a welcome that I had received. I will for sure be a returning customer because of the service and quick turn around on my order.
