Dr. Justin Heintz is an outstanding optometrist. From the moment I walked in, the office was welcoming, organized, and professional. Dr. Heintz took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and I never felt rushed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was efficient and pleasant. I truly felt like I was in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Heintz to anyone looking for high-quality eye care and a provider who genuinely cares about his patients.

Highly recommend Dr. Heintz! He has a great bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. His office uses cutting-edge technology that gave me total peace of mind. An added bonus is that the front office staff were incredibly helpful when it came time to pick out my new frames.

Dr Heintz is Absolutely Amazing!! He seen my special needs daughter for her eye exam. He is so kind and patient. My daughter loved him. I would recommend him for All your vision needs.

This was my first visit with Dr Heintz and I was really impressed with how thorough he was. He is also very friendly and was willing to answer all my questions. I will miss Dr Sparks at Parkway Eyecare but feel like I am in excellent hands.

Dr. Heintz is a true professional. Really had a good experience. Answered all my questions. Explained everything. Got me a new prescription and a new set of goggles. The girls up front handled all the vision coverage and had the answers ready for me when I got out of my exam. Entire process took about 35-40 minutes. I'll se ya'll next year. Thanks for everything.
