Very disorganized - checking in online does not work well. Waiting 90 minutes to get glasses (which I already chose) is just not good. Come on Costco, you can do MUCH better.

We have never had a bad experience here. Techs are knowledgeable and patient and will guide you toward frames that are good for your eyes, lenses, and compliment your face. Rosie has been working with us today and has been so informative and helpful! Plus, the price can't be beat.
My family & I have been going to this Costco for years for glasses. Our prescriptions have been consistently spot-on when other mom-and-pop opticians couldn't get our prescriptions right AND charged us 3x the price! Service has only been excellent and although the optician is a little rushed and uses images of diseased eyes as "scare tactics" to make sure you get your eyes checked every 6 months, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when asking questions. The glasses themselves have also been rock solid. Never had an issue with the lenses and the frames are well made and range from generic to Gucci for hundreds less than some other places. Orders usually come in in less than two weeks. The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable & passionate but not saccharine friendly (One member got visibly miffed when I cleaned my old pair of glasses with my shirt once... I shouldn't have done it, but I was surprised how flustered it made the employee. She then said "Please don't do that," requested to take my glasses, and wiped them down with an appropriate wet wipe. They really do care about glasses!) Interesting note: The optician is in Costco but is not run by Costco, therefore, you can get your eyes checked without a Costco membership! Purchasing glasses does require a membership.
People working very rude. Quality of eye glasses 3 times have broke, never would ever again buy glasses from this location again. People working there have attitude and don't call you back. Their designer frames are fake and shouldn't break 3 times. They don't follow up. Completely done ND will tell everyone that I know not to buy from this location.
Today I came by to return contacts that were prescribed incorrectly and the lady was rude. I explained that I ordered these and after using a pair, I went back to my doctor to confirm the prescription, since the contact were blurry. I came in wanting to return and purchase a new set of contacts. When I told her I didn’t bring the card I originally purchased it with (I had forgotten it and wanted to see if I can make the return without since it’s pretty common things to do) she said, “well I can’t make this return without the card, right…….?” she was not very kind and I will not be back. I wasn’t sure of the process and she spoke to me as if I was stupid. I purchased them from a Costco in the city and my experience was really great. I had my eye doctor email me a copy and they printed it out for me. So when I explained I had a new copy of my new prescription in an email, she said I had to come back with a printed copy bc I assumed she didn’t want to print it for me.
