Absolutely terrible experience. I cant recommend going somewhere else anymore. I have LITERALLY NEVER in my life had such a bad experience at an optometrist! From the rude receptionist to the even rudely doctor. I thought my appointment was at 10:30AM and walked in at 10:26 and was told that it was actually for 10:20AM, which still fell within the 10 minute grace period. The doctor literally huffed and puffed the entirety of my maybe 10 minute appointment. He made sure i knew that he didnt want me there. Im actually appalled and will be going aomewhere else to get a proper examination and prescription because i dont trust that the updated prescription i received from this place is good. If you actually want a professional who has even just decent manners and human decency and respect AND PROFESSIONALISM stay the heck away from this place!!!!!!!

I had been going there for years this year is a different dr and staff there. I had a stroke a few months ago a d i didn't fell well to go to the fitting appt. So I asked them to please send my prescription to the Costco side and they sent my old prescription with the date they saw me. When i received my contacts i noticed they were wrong, so I went to the eye dr and ask the guy in the front desk.He have no customer service skills, is unprofessional and rude seem inpatient as well, when I asked the dr he said it was because "I didn't go for the fitting" how does that change the prescription I asked him, he also got upset and told me he just seen 7 people and have more to see and if I wanted he will sent the ''new" prescription" he didn't apologize nore accepted his mistake. I will take my money somewhere else I will not go there any more nore recommend this place.

Dr. Khurana is very caring. She really loves her job. I recommend the extra exams, totally worth it. The staff is also friendly. The optical staff is also super friendly and helpful. They do not rush you to pick your glasses.

I went in to get an update on my prescription glasses and get fitted for contacts for the first time. They had me drive back a few weeks later just for the contacts fitting because they said they had to show me in-person how to fit the contacts. They didn't give me a very clear reason as to why I had to come back for the fitting instead of doing it during the first appointment. I came back for the fitting, and they put an ipad in front of me and had me watch a YouTube video of how to put contacts in. When it came time to finally try on the contacts, the employee told me they "ran out of Clorox wipes" and proceeded to wipe the table and dirty mirror down with a plain dry paper towel! This was after other people had been using the table to try on contacts all day. Overall not a great experience and the employees working there are really trying hard to keep up with the demand (it seems like they are always overbooked with clients or something, they are always rushing) but I don't think I'll be coming back here for my eye care in the future.

They are just simply amazing. I went there for an exam and then took my parents! Both doctors were amazing! They were patient with my partners because I had to translate. They took time with them and explained everything!!! Extra exams are worth it!!!
