Costco Optical

I absolutely love this Costco. All the things I need are always in stock and I've never seen the store in disarray. It is always clean and customer service is also top notch. The pharmacists and technicians are always so helpful and informative. I've been in the store when the lines are halfway to the back, yet I have never waited in line no more than 10 minutes. There is always an associate there to help at checkout whether you are in self checkout line or not and they are always courteous and kind. There is a manager, in particular, that I have noticed when shopping. I have seen her multiple times check in on employees to ensure that they have what they need to get the job done. I can tell that it is important to her that the work environment for her employees and the customer experience is pleasant. She is always so pleasant to everyone. Patrick, another associate, is also so kind when entering or leaving the warehouse.

Love this store a shop there a lot. The only gripe I have is their fruit and vegetable section. Many times I’ve grabbed oranges or bell peppers only to get home and either have mold or rotten fruit in it. I no longer trust just grabbing a random bag and inspect before placing in basket. The majority of the time I find rotten fruit. I’ve told staff several times and it’s something they just don’t address. Just today the first two bags of oranges I grabbed were rotten.

I can confidently say Ms. Brittany at Costco Optometry is exceptional. She changed my life with her patience, compassion, intelligence, and remarkable skill. Extremely thorough, thoughtful, and truly outstanding at what she does. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to her any day without hesitation. Thank you Brittany! You are exceptional ❤️

Get place to buy in bulk. Very easy to move around in store. Clean warehouse and very friendly staff close by (don't have to go search for) ready to help whenever you need.

I am always impressed with the way the staff works with each other. It's a well oiled machine, and nobody seems unhappy to be there. Pay better, get better people. Costco is proof that it works. Walmart is also proof. As they pay their people crap wages and treat them like crap. And I hate going there.
