First time customer an Maddie was the sweetheart that helped me. It was such a wonderful first time experience. I loved that I was able to get TWO pairs. With the 2nd one 40% off!!!! My glasses were completed in 30 mins!!!!! Omgsh. I was so glad I got them the same day as I ordered them. I will definitely be back and im so pleased that I got such a wonderful deal and the best customer service. Thanks for doing such a wonderful job!!

👎👎👎 This place LOST 3 Rx's (with no explanation) after having appts last year. I don't know what happened w our info or if they were hacked?!? But I've never in my life & optometry history seen glasses fixed like this?!? Let's scratch my eyes out.... Shame shame the pics say it all. We won't be back here, the end.

Glasses were done in 28 mins. Everything was quick. The only draw back is the men’s section is small. My son was able to find two pair but they were harder to find. Other than that everything else was smooth. Much smoother than any other eyeglass store.

The exam was fine and professional. However, I'm leaving a two star rating for communication issues regarding insurance. I was having issues with my insurance provider which were resolved a few days after my exam. I asked eyewear express if my insurance was in network and they told me it was. At the office I was printed an itemized receipt to provide my insurance for reimbursement. However, my insurance provider was not in network and I paid out of pocket for an exam and some glasses. Overall, this hurt more than just my wallet. This experience also hurt my trust in this business, whether it was an honest mistake or complacency.

Cameron was soo helpful to both me and my wife to find us the perfect pair of glasses for each of us. He explained everything thoroughly to help us get a great fit for our frames. We will be shopping here again and we will recommend to friends and family!
