Thank you 🙏 for helping me order contact lenses with my vision insurance benefits. The prices for my acuvue oasys toric for astigmatism lenses were $41 per box. Costco pricing is more reasonable than 1800 contacts. 1800 contacts was charging $70 per box for the same exact thing. Thank you again.

Love Dr. Verma. She quickly diagnosed my vision problem and referred me to specialist. The optical department is wonderful! Great staff! Anthony was very helpful w suggestions on glass frames and how to save money! I always get my glasses here!

Doctor was nowhere to be found for my appointment. I asked the receptionist to see if everything is okay. She had no idea where the doctor was. Then the doctor finally arrived 15 min late. But she started unpacking her stuff and asked me to come in with no apology at all. Then she washed her hands and began to read my file (unprofessional pic of my file) on her tablet. I was just sitting there until she was finally “ready” to see me. I’ve never seen anything like this. I understand doctors can have unforeseen situations in life. So they could fail to be on top of things. I don’t mean to have unfair expectations. But it seemed too unprofessional.

Kate helped us today and was absolutely wonderful. We were helped right away, and the process was simple and smooth!

months ago I wrote a negative comment about the people who work in this optical store, but now I am writing again to thank Logan and Joan for their good service, thanks for their kindness, I hope they were all like that, I really appreciate it.
