I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from the frames department. I was never contacted when my frames were ready for pickup. I called the department over the course of three different days—morning, afternoon, and evening—and each time the phone rang continuously until the line went dead. No one ever answered or returned my calls. When I came in to pick up my glasses, I stood waiting for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. When I finally asked for assistance, I was told they were waiting on another customer—who was not even at the desk at the time. I was only there for a quick pickup, yet no effort was made to assist me or even communicate clearly. This level of service is not aligned with the standards Costco has consistently demonstrated in the past. I’m not sure where the training broke down, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially from a department that typically represents a brand known for strong customer service.
