Love Costco!! This location was PACKED on a Sunday afternoon while the business center down the road was so nice and calm(recommend that location over this one), but we enjoyed the food court here and did a quick browse for new items down some of the aisles. Costco is always a great place to shop with friendly employees and a clean store, just maybe avoid weekend afternoons if possible as they are quite chaotic.

Terrible experience: A month ago, I signed up for a costco membership online as a primary card holder. Then I went to pick up my membership card at their store in Madison Heights. By then, my wife had already picked up the other card and also used it. I asked the lady who was in the customer care and told her why I was there. She asked me ID. About a minute later, she told that my membership was cancelled and I need to apply for a new card. It was very surprising. She also told me that since the membership was cancelled, any amount that was charged would be refunded. She suggested me to apply for a new card and I followed her. About a week ago, I noticed that my credit card had two transactions. There was no refund. I went back to their store to ask what was going on. I noticed that my original membership card was not cancelled. Indeed, I was converted to secondary card holder and they changed my wife to primary card holder. I am very sure that I had signed up as primary card holder when I did it on my own. The other lady who was in the customer care was trying to blame me that I did all that myself and she trust her employees. I completely disagreed as I was very honest and was not trying to gain any commissions from several memberships. I would not require 4 costco membership cards for a family. The lady on the other day (when I went to pick up my card) did all this mess for her own benefits. May be for some commission that should be getting for enrolling me as a new member. Why would you try to mess up things when customer go to pick up their card? At the end, you were trying to blame customer for the mess. This is so frustrating. I absolutely hate this type of commission business. Can you not get honest employees to work for your business in the market?

blue berry is small but very sweet. Good quality. Favorite chocolate is on sale too.

Overall I like it. I wish check out were a little quicker. Otherwise it's a well oiled machine. Sidenote: Gas pumps are much better but there's still a wait.

For 21 years I've been a member and I'll continue but today was terrible I understand policies guidelines but the greeter Bassama better understand in today's world everything is tracked and reviewed. She could of been more nicer and not rude to tell us when we can come in you are liable to lose sales and say next time please come at this time for now go ahead instead of losing a sale and it happened to another customer that actually discussed it with me and couldn't believe how she handled the situation
