Costco Optical

Everyone was so super sweet and helpful and made the whole process super easy. Madison was wonderful and worked well with my fear of optometrists. Sara did a really great job helping me pick out glasses. Honeyrae is seriously the best aponiclest in the biz! Really really great experience. I would never go anywhere else for optical stuff! Not even the Costco 2 hours closer to my house.

I ordered my glasses and sun glasses the same day. The sunglasses were ready within the promised week. The glasses didn’t pass some type of inspection and I was told they led be in by today at the latest. However, I can’t get a definite date from Costco optical of when I can expect them- other than they haven’t been shipped by the lab - I know the optical department can’t help this- but they seem more frustrated with me asking questions than is warranted. I just want to be able to see :)

This was my first time using Costco or glasses, I must say, I am really pleased with not only the price, but also the service. Both the receptionist and the optometrist were absolutely lovely and very helpful. I especially appreciate that they have Saturday appointments. I work Monday through Friday and have to drive from Hamilton. I was also incredibly impressed with the price of frames

It was my first time getting contacts and glasses and Kim, Lynn, and Amy gave me the best customer service I could have received! They were really busy and I had a hiccup with my insurance which meant I was on hold for a long while. But they patiently waited and would check up on me now and again. When I wanted to add glasses to the mix they helped me pick out a pair that was perfect! They also passed on some advice and knowledge that I bet will be super helpful for my future with eyewear. Great experience!

Worked with Lexi and Sara last night to determine the problem I was having with my glasses for the last 6 months. I felt like a bobblehead trying to find the focal area. I have been in several times but nothing worked. Last night Lexi took my old glasses and compared them to the new ones. And come to find out my bifocal area was completely wrong. Picked out some new frames and reordered them.Lexi and Sara worked very hard to make sure I was a happy customer and it worked. These 2 were awesome.
