Tasia was incredibly helpful and repaired my glasses at no cost. She was about to close the store and still gave me great customer service. She repaired my favorite glasses and set me on my way with a wave and a wonderful smile! Highly recommend this store!

Most wonderful delightful store. I have shopped at lenscrafters fmhere for quite some time over the last decade and they have always been the most kind and wo derful chipper folk helping us to get optical up to par for ever citizen. Tasia was the most excellent optometrist whom helped me not only navigate my issue with contacts and catching the fact my script for my prescription was actually still valid for the next 6months and also with jovial smiles and cheer helped me find 3 good glasses frame fits and 2 sunglasses frame fits with pricing and differences of lenses and what type of frame specifically would work with my vision coming from a negative verses position corrected vision scale. Truly a very knowledgeable sales rep and associate and expert team of people I most sincerely highly recommend and will most certainly use again. Give them a go and you will see clearly or at least, clearest. Crystalline. Putting on fresh lenses or contacts is like a fresh bottle of champaign corked to the foam.
I was in town and didn’t have a lot of time. Holly was very helpful and assisted me in choosing glasses that fit great and were very flattering on me. She is kind and professional and made me feel valued. They have earned my business and gained a lifelong customer!
Asked right away how long it takes to get glasses. Was told 3-5 days. Just called because I haven't heard from them. Was just told 10 days or more. Wow I have a trip planned and I would of gone to Eye Mart I just talked to them and I would of already had my glasses. i’ve spoken to two different people at LensCrafters and was treated rudely by both talked over me then got real snooty when I asked if I could finish my sentence if I didn’t live out of town, I would come in today and go to Eyemart express just giving y’all a heads up that’s where I would Recommend both conversations I’ve had with them have been very pleasant not treated like I have been at LensCrafters.
The manager was extremely thorough, thoughtful, and well educated about how best to equip me with the eyewear that I would most benefit from. I am so grateful to have had her help! She is the kind of employee that goes above and beyond to help a customer.
