I had an excellent experience at Family Vision Care in Missoula. Dr. Willie Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my exam. He made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The opticians were equally impressive and helped me find the perfect frames for my style. They were patient, attentive, and offered great recommendations without being pushy. The whole team was friendly, welcoming, and focused on providing outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Family Vision Care to anyone looking for quality eye care and personalized attention. I'll definitely be returning for my future vision needs!

Myself and my 2 kids went in for an eye exam today and I was blown away at the friendliness of the staff and Dr. Thomas! It was actually so refreshing because lately when I have gone into different clinics I am not impressed with the customer service I am offered. They were all so patient with my children and Dr. Thomas made it so fun for my anxious kiddo! Thank you all so much! I highly recommend for all ages!

Dr. Thomas and his staff are wonderful to work with. It's obvious that they care more about finding what works best for the patient than trying to just make a sale.

i started coming here when i was in elementary school, dr thomas was my eye doctor until i turned 18. after i turned 18 he got very weird and a little too handsy, asking weird questions, his daughter is the same age as me we literally graduated the same year. after that i went to an eye doctor in another town. anyways i just wanted to say my piece, this is a spam account from years ago so ignore the weird name lol.

The doctors and staff here are amazing. We first came here 2 years ago to have my sons eyes tested. During our visit, Dr. Thomas was engaging, funny and caring. Today, 2 years later, we went in for a contact fitting and Dr Thomas was very reassuring of the process and the staff spent over an hour making sure my 10 year old was comfortable putting in and taking out his lenses. Sean’s patience was amazing and he was very encouraging. We were told many times that my sons eye health is very important to them and to just come in if we had any issues. This made me feel valued as a customer. I highly reccomend this office for your family eye needs.
