Costco Optical

Stopped at the Costco in Billings while traveling and had a great experience. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate even though it was busy. The employees were friendly and helpful, and checkout moved quickly. They had everything we needed to restock for our trip, and the shelves were well stocked. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, and the fuel station was a nice bonus before getting back on the road. Overall, a great Costco location and exactly what you’d hope for when making a stop during a long trip.

Great to get a grafted apple tree. Wish the exchange process was a little easier. It would be nice to pick out the replacement item and process the refund and purchase in one transaction. The need to switch was noticed at checkout, so it's not like bringing a return into the store. I'm eager to come back and look for patio furniture and home furnishings. Maybe appliances, too. I was in to much of a hurry today.

Crowded but orderly and polite. Products well known to Google. I got measurements on totes and underwear by naming the brand and size. I should have bot gas yesterday because prices went up in town about 15 cents to well over four dollars. Costco gas was still under four.

As someone from canada, this costco is amazing. No one here. No lines ups in the store or the gas station. Great place. In canada you cant even move at costco.

I needed my husband to pick up my medications for me when I couldn't. They at first weren't going to let him in to grab them because it was my membership. Then once I had him look up their own policies stating they have to let him in to get the medications at the pharmacy, they reluctantly let him go in. But, they had a worker follow him around to the pharmacy and stare at him the entire time he was grabbing my medication, and the 10 minutes he had to wait because one of them wasn't ready, just to make sure he didn't go shopping. This is honestly incredibly excessive being he's my literal husband and it was creepy to have someone follow and stare at you the entire time.
