Pam was INCREDIBLE at helping me pick out some eyeglasses frames and prescription sunglasses. She really took the time to help me get my glasses frames adjusted to fit me perfectly. Overall great experience and will definitely be back for my future glasses purchases.

I've been a Costco member for many years and I've gotten glasses at both the Greensboro and Winston-Salem stores. My recent experience at the Winston-Salem store was outstanding. I got both regular and sunglasses. The Costco person assisting me was Ewa and she was fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, meticulous, pleasant, and funny. I loved interacting with her. She took great care with the location of the different regions of the lenses (they're progressive lenses) and, when I picked up the glasses, with their fit and comfort. I can't say enough good things about Ewa. Whatever they're paying her, they should increase it.

Friendly and top notch service from Debi in the Vision Center. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with the purchase of my "computer" and regular glasses. The most painless experience I have ever had purchasing new glasses anywhere. I highly recommend.

Barry has been nothing but wonderful to me and my fiancé. He has even known him since he was a kid. He always says hello and gives me prompt and personal service. Ask if Barry is working when you go!

I expected better costumer service, I told the guy the insurance I had, and he never told me that they were out of network until he told me my total payment, and not good quality frames
