Rylan, Lincoln NE. went above and beyond helping us load our patio set purchase. He helped me put down our stowaway seats so we could load chairs while we waited for my husband to arrive with a truck for the rest. Another employee, I did not get his name-wearing a white bucket hat, helped load the table and they made sure everything was secure. Both were pleasant and cheerful even though they were very busy. Thank you so much! Another great experience at Lincoln, NE Costco!

Great price on tires especially with the sale on Michelins. Guys that work there really work hard and are good at installation. They need someone out front so the mechanics don’t have to multitask. Which leads to my only complaint and minus one star, I had an appointment and it still took 2 hrs and 25 min to get 4 new tires put on. Lincoln NE store
Let me just say I like costco... However their greeter at the front (an older lady) was extremely rude. I had accidently pulled out my Moms costco card instead of my own and scanned it and she immediantly treated my husband and I as if we stole it. I told her I frequently go shopping with my mom as she is older and forgets her cards. I asked if I could scan mine instead, as I did have it on me. However with my mother being blonde hair with blue eyes and white and me (being mixed, asian and looking exactly like my dad but nothing like my mom)- She told me she would need to confiscate my mothers costco card for "security" purposes. Unbelievable. I scanned my own card and walked away. Never had a problem with Costco till her. Their products are great, and their staff is usually very kind... Maybe place your nicest most empathic staff at the front instead....
Large pepperoni pizza $9.99, full delicious rotisserie chicken $4.99, hot and soda forever $1.50, walking around getting free samples while you end up spending $350 on random but "necessary" items you forgot you needed: priceless. Love Costco, my only complaint is that they don't let me bring my dog. :)
Store was busy, they pre-scanned my cart and when I got to checkout, they scanned my card told me I owed $139.58. I paid and left. Counter at door counted my items swiped my receipt with blue marker and said have a nice day. A week later I was looking at the receipt and noticed they charged me twice for an $11.69 item that I only had one of. Annika the pre-scanner, Bailey the checkout lady, and the door counter all counted 11 items as 12. I guess lesson learned. Count your own stuff and compare to receipt.
