I had an amazing experience at this Location. Hanna was AMAZING and so extremely helpful! She helped explain differences in pricing with and without insurance and informed me they offer AfterPay as a payment plan if needed. She helped my mom find an almost identical pair of glasses at a more affordable price point and helped keep my 7 yr old entertained showing him the touchscreen 'Eyewear customizing tool' while I shopped for glasses. The staff that helped me with my eye exam was knowledgeable and made sure to explain all the testing and getting my telehealth appt going. I can't recommend this location enough 💕

Very concerned and detailed DR. and staff.. Dr. Joe Williams gave me 1 of the best eye exams I ever had in the 50 years of wearing glasses. Thank you Joe!! Also Joshua in the eye glass sales was very nice and helpful in helping pick glasses out and handling all the insurance and paperwork options. Thank you all at lencrafters...Keith

I had a great experience at Lens Crafters. Michelle was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process, the doctor did a thorough and great job throughout the exam, and Mina was wonderful in helping me find the right glasses. I also thought the prices were reasonable and there was nice selection of frames. I definitely recommend this team.

The nurse and sales people were great, but I’d much rather the doctor be there in person. With the remote appointment, it felt like the doctor was trying to get me in and out quickly
