Costco is the best place for eyeglasses and sunglasses! Took my prescription there, had a wide range of frames to choose from. The staff are pros who can help pick the frames that fit you and they have high quality stuff at affordable prices. Takes just a few days to come in and they will fit the glasses and adjust them for you. All around excellent service. Thanks to Vincenza, Claudia and John for their expertise and guidance.

Of all the eye exams I’ve had this was the best. Dr. Guerrier is kind and personable but he’s also efficient and thorough. Choosing frames was also very pleasant. The associates were knowledgeable and helpful. I will return again and again.

I took my grandmother for an eye exam. after getting her glasses she notice that the prescription was not right. I contacted the office the same day to let them know and the asked us to come back for another exam. because my grandma depends on me, we has to rescheduled the appointment multiple times. all the times I did rescheduled I was never told that she had to come back with in a certain time. at the point, only 2 months after her initial exam they told me was too late and she would have to pay for another exam! I can say we never coming back!

Some new employee or something told my wife that they "normally don't do health insurance for eye exams for the kids", which makes no sense. We told the lady that we got exams done there in the past, thru the same insurance. She said she'd get back to us when the owner was in. Same woman called my wife back and claimed our insurance only covers the exam if there's a medical issue -- which is false. And that that is only true for the children -- which is false (she said there was no issue for the adults). We got our exams here 1-2 years ago and they were covered by the same insurance. Our insurance covers 1 routine exam per year. I don't know if this is training issue, or a business policy change, but we cancelled our annual exams here. I don't trust them not to pop me with a surprise charge when we get exams done.
