Stopped in for a quick run and everything felt smooth from the start. “Quiet moment before the fun starts” definitely applied grabbing the cart 😄—and from there it was the usual Costco rhythm. Parking was straightforward, and once inside, the flow of the store made it easy to get moving right away. Clean store, well-stocked aisles, and plenty of space to move even with the larger layout. The electronics section stood out—rows of TVs with great displays and clear pricing, easy to compare without feeling rushed. The warehouse setup makes it simple to scan what you need and keep moving. Overall, a quick, efficient visit with that familiar Costco consistency. In and out with what I came for, no hassle.

This Costco is my favorite one. The staff named Hetal is very impressive. She is polite, professional and smart, helped me renew my Costco membership. She reminded me to check my email address, phone number etc. to make sure the I can get my $10 incentive for automatic executive membership renewal. I fixed one of my email address’ error under her help. She even reminded me to use my rewards to pay for my membership fee. Thank you for your good service and I’m very satisfied!
This Costco was full of customers on a Sunday morning, and the staff did a fantastic job in managing the people both at the entrance and during checkout also. The store is stocked with all seasonal items and amazing collection of produce. The Costco always excels in their quality collection of items for their customers and this was not an exception.
I purchased a piece of furniture from this location and it arrived incomplete. I came to the store yesterday and spoke with an employee named Gladys, who told me she would contact me by the end of the day with a solution. I never received that call. Today we returned to the store and were told our only options were to return the item or wait for the store to email the manufacturer without any clear timeline for a response. We ultimately contacted the manufacturer ourselves and resolved the issue on our own. As a customer, I purchased the item from Costco not directly from the manufacturer. The initial handling of the issue should have been managed by the store. We lost time coming back twice and handling a process that should not have been ours to manage. This experience was not consistent with the level of service I expect from Costco.
I've been going here for like 3 years now. But today was the day wherein one staff member left me speechless. So basically, after I finished self-checkout, for some reason I got the receipt, crumpled it, and threw it in trash. I have no clue what I was thinking. And quite literally after three seconds, I was like "Oh shoot." Ran back to the trash can and I'm unable to spot it, as there were other trash from food court. I quickly went to Stacy (the staff member at self-checkout), and I told her what I just did. And Stacy was like "Oh no, you definitely need the receipt." And this next set of words she uttered without any hesitation disarmed me completely. Stacy continues saying, "Would you like me to look in the trash and find it for you?" I immediately told her no, there was no way I'd let her dig through the trash for me. And she then pointed me to the manager section who can reprint the receipt. Who in the world offers to look inside the trash for a customer's receipt??? That was it, that was the moment I was like "Costco transcends all other wholesale clubs." Thank you so much Stacy, you truly are an asset here.
