I’d like to express my appreciation for the excellent care I received during my visit. Dr. Aurora was patient, knowledgeable, and made my first adult eye exam a comfortable experience. I would recommend her and her services to others. The receptionist was also very welcoming, and the eyeglass center ladies were incredibly helpful and attentive while I selected my frames. Overall, the service was professional and pleasant. I purchased 2 glasses and upgraded to tinted lens.
However, I feel obligated to note a concerning interaction with a manager (his name beginning with “I”), whose demeanor was dismissive and impatient. He seemed annoyed, rushed and unbothered. I ultimately requested assistance from someone else. I also observed him behaving similarly toward another customer Asian couple using a translation device, which was particularly troubling. Just overall poor customer service by him.
I reported this to a supervisor, who handled the matter professionally. While my overall experience was very positive, I believe it is important to bring this conduct to attention to ensure service standards are consistently upheld.
