In the tunes of Alivin & The Chipmonks Christmas. "PLEASE CHRISTMAS DON'T BE LATE." Costco in Nevada means Christmas in July. Don't ask me why. HALLOWEEN IN August. That means early candy for us. All year round Thanksgiving. Guarantees Costco lower Costco of living.

Short lines at the store and the gas station. Great variety and selection of goods. Fast check out
For this warehouse I gave 5 starts , but to this employee name Teddi I gave her 1 star I would like to provide feedback regarding my experience with an employee named Teddi at the Return Department. I had an unpleasant interaction with this employee last month when I returned a box containing four packs of frozen food. I was only able to return three because I had already disposed of the fourth pack since it was too late to return it. Teddi questioned me about why I did not have all four items. I explained the situation, and she told me that next time I should not throw the item away and should bring everything back. I let the situation go at the time, even though I felt that her tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude. Unfortunately, I had another unpleasant interaction with the same employee today. Before going to the Return Department, I asked a supervisor to check my previous purchase history because I wanted to verify when I had purchased the items. The supervisor checked and told me that I had purchased 10 pieces and that the transaction was from May 2026. When I went to the Return Department, I asked Teddi if she could check my May or June 2026 purchase at the original full price. In a dismissive tone, she told me, “There is no transaction in May and June.” I then asked her to check July. She asked why I was returning the items, and I explained that the items were currently on sale and that I could no longer request a price adjustment because the original purchase was more than 30 days ago. The return was eventually processed and my refund was completed. However, immediately afterward, Teddi forcefully threw the returned items into the return cart. She did not simply place them in the cart—she handled and threw them with unnecessary force. I found her behavior aggressive and disrespectful. I want to be clear that my concern is not Costco's return policy. I understand that Costco has policies regarding returns and price adjustments, and I am willing to follow them. My concern is the way this employee communicates with and treats members. I am also a former Costco employee, so I understand the importance of providing members with respectful and professional service, even when a transaction requires questions or clarification. I chose not to confront Teddi at the counter because I did not want to create a scene, especially since I am a former employee. However, after having two separate unpleasant interactions with the same employee, I feel that this behavior should be brought to management's attention. I hope management will review this situation and address the employee's customer-service approach and the way she handles interactions with members. I am providing this feedback because I believe Costco members deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern.
I just like to share my experience at this location on August 29 at around 1:45 PM. I was leaving the store and accidentally went the wrong way because I am not from the area and was not familiar with where the exit was. An employee named Luis shouted at me and told me that I was going the wrong way. I understand that I made a mistake and had no problem being corrected. My concern is the way he spoke to me. There was no reason to shout when he could have simply told me which way to go. It was an honest mistake, and I would have gladly followed the correct direction if I had been spoken to respectfully. I hope management can address this because customers should not be yelled at over something that could have been handled calmly and politely
Since I normally love Costco, it pains me to write this review. We ordered our blinds through Costco in May of 2024. One of our motorized shades had a motor issue so it unspooled completely. We tried to contact Costco and were told that they no longer work with Southwest Blinds so we were redirected to Graber (the manufacturer). This has sparked a 10 day process of every company redirecting us to a different company and telling us that we would get a call to schedule time for someone to come out. In the meantime, the weight of the unspooled shade has caused the adhesive at the top of the shade to begin coming undone, causing a much bigger issue than the original problem. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this particular issue & would have expected better from Costco.
