Beautiful store and wow the customer service was impeccable. I stopped by today on the off chance they might be able to replace a lost pin for my sunglasses. The owner and Jerry were incredibly nice. If you've seen some of my Google reviews, you know I'm very honest, good, or bad, with strong opinions. I have hundreds of thousands of views in total. I stumbled upon J Crimi Las Vegas Eyewear Boutique when I was searching for a local mom-and-pop business for eyeglass repair. I first stopped at a "chain eyeglass store" and was told to kick rocks. They were totally useless. My impression of the J Crimi boutique was very meticulously organized, fashionably designed, very clean, and plenty of variety of frames, ranging from basic to Cartier and Gucci. I own a vintage pair of expensive David Edens. They are close to 30 years old. 10 years ago, I sat on them and crushed them, broke a lens off, and snapped the custom ear hooks, which have diamonds and inlaid alligator skin. I met Jim, and he was familiar with the glasses. We discussed repair options. By then, I was very confident he could restore them to their original beauty. He quoted me a very reasonable cost to restore them, replacing the glass with custom lenses and Cartier screws, etc. The repair was estimated to take 10 days. I checked back with him in a week, and they were finished. My final comment: I highly recommend J Crimi for glasses, repairs, and experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
