St Rose Eye Care

I had a great experience at St. Rose Eye Care. I was in a bit of a bind and needed help quickly, and the entire team took excellent care of me from start to finish. I was from out of town and one of my contacts ripped and found my self trying to find a replacement. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure I left feeling taken care of. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and providing great service. The staff made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. I’m extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend St. Rose Eye Care to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

The reviews and my pediatrician’s recommendation led me here, and the product itself (Stellest lenses) seems great. Unfortunately, communication has been a real problem. I was told the glasses would take about 2 weeks; when I called to check, I was told it had actually been 3–4 weeks. When I called about pickup, staff told me I didn’t need to bring my son — but it turned out he did need to be there, since they had to check his eye alignment with the lenses. I also asked whether he should wear his Stellest lenses or sunglasses while on vacation and never got a response. For being on the high side of pricing, I expected much more reliable communication. If you’re considering this practice, know that the clinical product may be solid, but plan for some frustration on the logistics side.

The entire office is incredibly friendly! They made it so easy to figure out what issue I was having and were so helpful from start to finish. Dr. Martinez was so knowledgeable and figured out what was going on quickly, and even fixed the problem before I left (I was suffering from a 5 day migraine which I never had in my entire life-thought it was the end). Truly appreciate everything!

Went with my mom and family to get our annual eye check up. Convenient location in St rose square, same complex as costco. Located next to Dentists of St Rose, by Popeyes. It can be tricky to find since they dont have a sign at the door yet. The place is new, modern and clean! I’ve never seen an optometry clinic with style. I love how they followed covid guidelines and I felt very safe. Dr. Martinez and staff were friendly and amazing. Dr. Martinez is the best Eye Doc in town! He took his time. I never felt rushed and he is very informative. You can feel that he really care about his patients. And their machines are state of the art! The selection of frames were great too! And they chose to support csmall businesses with their quality handmade frame brands. I usually have a hard time finding nice frames. My problem this time was I couldn’t choose a frame because they were all beautiful! I highly recommend this place!!!! 10 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very thorough and professional. Dr Martinez is very knowledgeable and friendly with a manner that makes a new patient very comfortable and involved in your care. He even helped me find glasses that are complimentary and fun. I highly recommend him and his practice and I’ve found a permanent eye care provider for years to come.
