Both opthomologists are wonderful-thorough and patient with me and my son who has a disability. Went back through past eye exams to check and see if something on the scan had gotten worse over time. The eye glass department staff was friendly and we did not wait to be helped. The girl explained all options without me having to ask about them. For 3 pairs of glasses with transitions, progressive lenses and all of the "extras", it came to $288 (with insurance). Before insurance it was over $700. For the price, you cannot beat the quality or # of things included. The 3 sets of glasses were ready for pick up in 5 business day. I would recommend the optical to again.

Kristi was an absolute lifesaver when my first pair of glasses needed a major adjustment. She’s incredibly kind and made me feel at ease right away. Not only did she fix the issue quickly, but she also went the extra mile by adding notes to my file in case I need any future lens adjustments. Thank you, Kristi, for your care and attention—I’ll definitely be requesting you from now on!

I couldn't believe the other reviews, but I went and witnessed it myself. Sometimes ok service, but I was often spoken to like I did something wrong or like I was crazy (by different people.) Easier to order things online.

11/16/24 Update : Just picked up my new prescription glasses today. Nancy has retired recently, and I was lucky to have the new manager Megan(?) did the excellent fitting. I have a very low and narrow bridge on my nose, Megan really took the time to make sure all contact points are just right, and also patiently explain to me why certain parts need to be re-adjusted even I thought all was very well done already. She also changed all my nose pads to smaller silicone ones that will make less wrinkles and pressure to my nose area. Kudos also goes to the other lady (wear glasses with short blonde hair, need to recall her name) that took the time and effort to picked perfect frames for me based on my face shape/color, pupil and temple distance. I cannot be happier with the whole experience. Looking forward to visit the vision center next year! Could not understand those

They were rude and unreasonable. Had two appointments for eye tests with them at 4.00 and 4.30 pm for both my daughters. Got 15 mins late because of traffic and reasons beyond my control. They refused to take one of them. It was not an issue until to our surprise another person showed up at 4.30 and they took her in along with one of my daughters. Very frustrating to find such a behavior within a professional organization like Costco. Costco owns the responsibility and must ensure they are respectful and reasonable since this is located within their premises.
