Always have a great experience in the Optical department. Lots of options to choose from. They have really good sunglasses as well. Pricing is very reasonable on the frames and lenses. They accept most of the insurances. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The glasses come in quickly as well. All in all a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone with a Costco membership that needs a new pair of glasses

My RX is from a different doctor so this review is just for the store front. The people were very nice and helpful. I didn't realize that you needed to take a number like at a deli counter but it wasn't a long wait. Once my number was called, the guy was really helpful at comparing the three frames. The lenses were really easy too. While at other optical locations everything is an "add-on", Costco's lenses are all-included. They had Blue light blocking, anti-reflective, and scratch resistance included in the price so unless you have progressive lenses everything is one price. When I went to my insurance company's preferred partner I was shocked at how much the glasses were going to cost after insurance. I noticed on their website that Costco was in-network so I decided to check it out. Even with the $60 membership fee (I was not a Costco member), they still ended up $50 cheaper than the other glasses company.
Judy at Costco Optical in King of Prussia was amazing. She fixed my son's glasses after the arm had been bent almost 90 degrees.
Judy was Amazing. If u have to get glasses she is the only person who is competent and actually knows what she is doing. I took one star off bc i had a horrible experience my first time here.
Wow, had some great Eye Center Associates with knowledge and professionalism coming and going. My two progressive glasses that purchased were done inexpensively and in one week with no issues. I would strongly recommend this place for the value and the care. Way to go Costco!
