Costco Optical

The staff are professional, knowledgeable and there to help the customers anyway they can. Nothing was a problem and they went the extra mile to assist my daughter with her eyes health and glasses. I would high recommend this group because we had such a positive experience and many of the quality physicians in the area recommend them.

I had an amazing customer experience with Costco. The entire team was incredibly supportive! I ordered glasses using my insurance benefits but later changed my mind. They allowed me to choose a different frame and assisted me with a smile throughout the process. That’s what I call top-notch customer service! Joanna, in particular, is an excellent listener and provided outstanding service.

These folks go above and beyond— I was helped by multiple employees and each one was incredibly thorough!! From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful. When I started looking around, I was immediately asked if I needed any help, and all my questions throughout my search were happily answered. Seriously, I’ve never had an easier time finding a pair of glasses. Great selection, decent prices, awesome customer service, plus they offer three different kinds of extra layers/coatings on lenses totally free of charge (which I believe are UV protection, blue light protection, and scratch-resistance). Great stuff, I love Costco!!

This is a two part review. One for the eye doctor’s office (separate from Costco) and the other part for the staff at the Costco optical counter. I had my eye exam today with Doctor Walton which was ny first time with Costco. I was able to get a last minute appointment due to a cancellation. I am so glad I did. Dr. Walton was very nice! He was very informative every step of the way. He took his time to go over everything all while making a personal connection. I was treated like family. The young woman at doctors check in desk was very nice. Helped me sign in and check out without any issues at all. I was given my prescription without even having to ask for it. I like to have my prescription on hand just in case. Some chains get defensive if you ask for it. It’s not a national secret, it’s my prescription. Lol. Part 2. The women at the optical counter were also very helpful. They were able to assist in my decision making for new glasses as well as prescription sunglasses. They were very informative during my shopping experience. They notified me of the sale going on and also let me know what my insurance would cover as well. I definitely felt no stress or pressure as I have at some eye glasses chains in the past. Thank you to all who helped me today!

I used Costco Optical in Lancaster, Pa. to replace my lenses and get prescription sunglasses. They had a large selection of glasses to choose from. The attendant was courteous and took her time in assisting me. The replaced lenses and prescription sunglasses are perfect . Thank you, Costco Optical!
