The staff has performed multiple Miracles on my glasses saving me from having to purchase an additional pair to replace the often damaged pair I depend on daily. 5 star selection price and service.. highly recommend 👌

I brought my own frames and the guy told me that he couldn't order lenses for them because they were "too thin and would burn." They sold the same frames.. They obviously were saying no because I didn't buy them at Costco. I took them to my eye doctor and they ordered the lenses with no issue. And they couldn't understand Costco's excuse. I wouldn't waste your time here.

I along with my wife have been using this store for our eye glass needs for 7 years. Never had a bad experience but have seen rude and impatient customers. My 41 year old son started using them last year and loves them. So, if you're looking for a great place to get your glasses this is it. If you're an entitled Memphian who lack couth and manners, most likely you'll be unhappy.

I have been using this Vision center with the same staff for 5 years now. Staff are highly skilled mostly due to the department having very little or no turnover since I have been going here throughout the years. I have been getting glasses for the entire family (5 people) each year from this location. Staff are always very friendly no matter how busy this department is. Their prices with no insurance is way less than that what you will be charged after insurance at most eye Dr offices in town. This is mainly due to aggressive discounts such as Monte Blanc frames for $120 at Costco vs $300-$450 at Dr. office. They have many luxury brand frames under $100.00 without insurance. If they do not accept your insurance, you can buy the glasses here and manually file the insurance claim with your vision plan at reduced coverage rate, but you will still end up saving big due to the cost differences between exorbitant Dr office prices vs Costco prices. I have been going here so much with the family each year that I familiar with the staff and aware of their expertise and skill of fitting our bifocal glasses perfectly.

I've been using the Costco optical for 9 years. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Never rude, or condescending. Please note, I've never had a negative, or aggressive attitude to, or from anyone working here. Maybe if I was a jerk I'd get different service, but it's always pleasant. I recommend.
