Costco Optical

****UPDATED*** I had to update this because she went ahead and helped a customer look at sunglass frames and is trying to direct me to order online. The customer manipulated her that it would be fast but I havent yet been helped. Worst Optical I've ever experienced while trying to get contacts from a Costco warehouse. They have multiple customers but the stand to pull a waiting number is casted to the side. I had other members attempt to cut in front of me. No one assisted me while I browsed through frames. There were only two ppl working and the woman that was caught up helping a customer up and left and took the lady who was more flexible to take over her customer while she went off to break and left the poor woman alone to man the Optical area. She had asked if I wanted to leave and shop first but I told her no because it's not a guarantee I'd be able to put my prescription in before they close. Keep in mind it's 7:41 pm and they will be closing soon. I've waited here for nearly an hour now. Please send help to this employee because she's having a difficult time manning this department herself

i'm annoying with glasses, they helped me decide with so much patience and gave me advise that was spot on, finally I have progressives that don't make me dizzy, thank yall, i'll be back!!!

Price of lenses is amazing customer service is not good , it's like your bothering them when you ask them a question

Always had great experiences with Costco Optical but today or maybe this location, not so much. My prescription was good through today (from a Costco optician at another location, no less) but they wouldn't honor it TODAY. I ordered from Warby Parker and probably saved $200+. I won't be back.

I went there to get my eyeglasses.. I didn’t how the lady there could make a judgment. She didn’t accept my prescription and told me to let the center fax it to them… I told her to call the center by herself but she refused.. very frustrated.
