10/10, HIGHLY recommend ❤️ Dr. Pelfrey is AWESOME!! I followed her here from her previous keller office and she has been so thorough. She remembers history and also is very personable. It’s nice having such friendly and kind office staff who remember me from coming in like 5 times last year… 😂 I highly recommend this office, the technology they have available is so advanced and impressive. They also have many designer frames and offer drinks (including adult options if that suits your fancy). Very lowkey and calm inside too, which is really nice to experience! 🥰

My client has consistently received excellent care at Eyes on Westlake. Staff is friendly and competent. Dr. McPherson is very thorough and explains every part of her exam. I love eyes on Westlake!! Every time I come in, I'm greeted with smiling faces and treated like family. The doctor is amazing—thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to truly listen and answer any questions I have. You can tell everyone here genuinely cares about their patients and enjoys their job and that makes all the difference. It's rare to find a place where you feel so welcomed and valued from start to finish. I always leave with a great experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

Dr. Mcpherson is and always will be 5 stars! As a previous patient of hers at another clinic, I've been bouncing back and forth from eye doc to doc until I reconnected with her in Westlake. Kicking myself for not making the effort to visit her sooner. Yes, the location is super inconvenient for me to get to, but she is so worth that sacrifice! The office staff are exceptional, Sammie, Karina and everyone else I encountered was pleasant and happy to do their job. Wonderful service! This was my first appointment in the office and it was an amazing experience. I was welcomed in by my name and asked if I would like something to drink. The technician who performed the tests before I saw the doctor was kind and thorough. I enjoyed my appointment with Dr McPherson. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable. The office was modern, clean and open. The staff was helpful and warm.
