i stopped by costco with my family to stock up on groceries and household items, and it was a really convenient shopping experience. the store was busy like usual, but everything was organized and easy to find. we were able to pick up a lot of items in bulk, and the quality of the products was impressive for the prices. the employees were friendly and helpful when we had questions, and checkout moved along quickly despite the crowd. i also enjoyed walking through the different samples and seeing the variety of products available. it was a productive trip, and i will definitely be coming back for future shopping runs.

Everyone’s normal Costco trip. Good as always. Fast and smooth with very little wait times to pay or leave. Friendly staff and clean facility. I have membership to Costco and their competitors. I always make Costco my first choice due to the quality of customer service training their staff is given.
Prices are great but out of the 2 of 3 of the employee wake up on the wrong side of the bed. That one employee that's in a good mood needs a promotion, while the others should probably be better trained. Maybe like a hidden manager could stop by and see for yourself.
I am an executive member and before regular hours when I knew it would be less busy. The lady scanning the cards was incredibly rude. She was dismissive and not understanding. I’m tired of not feeling welcome. I went today to the store to get one item. Just one. The item was not worth the discrimination I experienced. Will never come again to this location. I am rethinking my membership. Kristin at the customer service area was very understanding and listened to me.
I love the experience I usually have at Costco and truly appreciate the value and quality of the items they carry. The assortment of products is excellent, and it’s one of the reasons I continue to shop here regularly. That said, the one area that needs significant improvement is the attitude of some employees. I’ve had several uncomfortable interactions with staff that left me feeling disappointed. Most of these situations have occurred at the returns desk, both when I’ve been returning items myself and when observing interactions with other customers. For example, I once purchased blueberries that were priced lower on the shelf than what I was charged at checkout. When I noticed the discrepancy after exiting the store, I immediately went to the returns line. I showed the representative a photo of the shelf price on my phone as proof that the item had just been purchased. The representative responded rudely and said, “Just an FYI, if you return perishables, we end up throwing them away.” Even after I explained the situation and showed proof of the purchase, the tone of the interaction felt dismissive and somewhat shaming. There have also been other occasions where I’ve felt that certain individuals were being treated unfairly during returns. At times, it has come across as if customers—particularly those from different backgrounds—are being judged or scrutinized more harshly. I’ve also heard similar concerns from friends from other countries who experienced uncomfortable conversations about return policies over the phone. These experiences have left an unsettling impression about the customer service culture in that department. I will continue to shop at Costco because of the overall value and product quality, but I hope the company takes steps to address these issues. Improving the approach and professionalism at the returns desk would go a long way toward maintaining Costco’s excellent reputation.
