Had a ver good experience at this location optical with lenses ordered for my frames. I’ve had unpleasant experiences here in the past but optician that helped me Craigen was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you again for erasing past bad experiences with Costco and redeeming my faith in coming back. Good staff are hard to find, and bring experiences pleasant. I’m waiting for the for the.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in this state. The person who was doing the consultation and assisting us was extremely rude. They kept putting their head down, speaking quietly, saying things like, “Oh my God,” and acting completely unprofessional. The front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming either. Seriously, now I understand why this place has so many low ratings. One of the worst places I’ve been to. I would not recommend anyone going here.

Emily is so nice and sweet. She has helped to fix my husband glasses and switched a pair of lenses for him in a timely fashion. Wonderful job and great interaction 👍

Swapped to a stupid online system that doesn’t work. Staff milled about uselessly while no one could join their line. Fortunately this was a slow time or I’d probably still be waiting there when you read this. Staff was fine when they sorted it out, go back to paper tickets!

When we got there 2 people were working the counter. Asian guy and an older white lady. Did not even look at us or say hello. Waited for about 5 mins to see if they will say anything but nothing so had to yell out asking for help. Others were always waiting to get their attention but they didn’t acknowledge them as well. Terrible service.
