I love Costco but unfortunately today my autistic brother and my mom and I experienced two young male associates mocking my little brother and that is just absolutely unacceptable and super immature and inappropriate. I didn’t say anything to not cause a scene at the store but it’s has me bothered. I know people will be like this I was not expecting Costco employees to do such thing.
Okay Costcos, you guys had a great selection this trip. So many great options. There was a “sample” person every corner with yummy treats or drinks. I just love that part when stores do this. There were great deals on quite a bit of items and I was shocked we left spending what we did ok all the good things we got. Cashing out we really loved the great help that they provided.
There is no reason to buy from Costco. there is no support and they deceive you about their products. then their managers treat you like ... We made a purchase at Costco.com it included a gift card, which we got. However, we attempted to use it at Costco.com and in store and it didn't work. In there College Station store we talked to 3 different managers and none were willing to assist. Then the female manager told us, that Costco and Costco.com weren't the same company. She then said the gift card was not from Costco.com and we didn't buy the product through Costco. interesting that I have a receipt and email from Costco. She was so rude that I have no desire to shop here again. She absolutely refused to listen and basically told too bad so sad it sucks to be you and I'm not going to help - seriously this is a manager. Amazon or Sam's Club from now on.
There is so much foods from around the world here and if you buy gift cards you get like an extra 10 to 20 dollars as well! This place is great for buying in bulk and when needing to buy gift cards!
January 2025 Aggieland has the population and the financial power to meet the demand of Costco warehouse. Great shopping experience with quality products. Costco does carry many different high quality product but with limited brand choices. Bulk items for large family. College students will go crazy with $1.50 hot dog meals.
