These people at this establishment were all so amazing! The entire staff here works together to make your experience there great. Dr Green is super nice and listens to all your concerns. I'm sure all the other doctors there are good as well. Definitely going to use them again.
I have been a longtime patient of Dr Matt's (40 + yrs) and he has done an awesome job taking care of me and my family. Hunter did a awesome job taking care of me and my needs Erin is also awesome in the office. Any problems I call her and she fixes it. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. PaulaDeal
I always have such a wonderful experience with Urban Optics! Lauren and Dr. McClain were both absolutely fantastic to work with. They truly take the time to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. From educating you about your options to helping you pick out the best frames for your style and fit, they go above and beyond every step of the way. Their patience, professionalism, and attention to detail really stand out. You never feel rushed, and they genuinely care about helping you find exactly what works best for you. There are other places you could go, but you might miss out on exceptional service from start to finish. I highly recommend!
I brought my 7yr old to his yearly eye appointment and from the moment we walked in everyone in the office was welcoming and professional. Hunter is extremely efficient and was great with my son, made him feel at ease during the whole process. Dr. Greene is very informative, he clearly explained everything and gave us ideas for patching our son’s eye to make it less of an ordeal. Being a new patient I am impressed with how this office works and the compassion they show for each individual. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone.
The staff is friendly, caring, and very professional. They truly want the best for their patients. I’ve had several eye issues this year, and they worked hard to help me through every one of them. I’m very grateful for their excellent care.
