Our family had a great experience at 20/20 Vision Services. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. Everything felt well-organized and calm, which made the visit easy for both adults and kids. Elaina was especially wonderful, very thorough, patient, and detailed in explaining each step of the exam. She took the time to answer questions, made sure we understood our options, and never made us feel rushed. It was clear she genuinely cared about providing the best care possible. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. It’s not often you leave an appointment feeling confident that every detail was addressed, but that was absolutely the case here. We truly appreciate the high level of care and professionalism and would highly recommend 20/20 Vision Services to other families.

Wow! These guys really stepped up their level of service by hiring a technician that obviously has been doing this prior to this job. In the past I've always doubted whether I was getting a accurate prescription or not. Definitely not this time! Elaina is seasoned professional, very thorough and patient as well as Soooo Nice! Scheduling was easy, check-in was quick, and eye exam was great. Elaina G. was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each step along the way. She was able to answer all questions that I had. The physician joined the appointment virtually and read the images Elaina had taken. I’ll be scheduling my next eye exam there as well.
