Stella provided excellent service from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant to work with. She repaired my broken frame and adjusted it perfectly so it fits comfortably again. What stood out most was how clearly she explained all the lens options—bifocal vs. progressive, transition lenses, and tint choices (gray vs. brown, light vs. dark). She made the whole process easy and helped me choose what works best for my needs. Highly recommend Stella if you’re looking for honest advice and great service.

Today was my first time at a Costco Optometrist and it was by far the best experience I've had at any optometrist. It took 15 minutes from start to finish for contacts and glasses prescription. They did retinal image without dilation. The optometrist was extremely efficient but also friendly and explained everything. My contacts were cheaper than my old optometrist. Very pleased.

They need more staff here - wait times are always so high. This is not a normal checkout counter - each customer takes 10-15 minutes at the minimum, and they only have 2 people working here at any time.

The assistant at this location was unprofessional and irresponsible. She emailed me an updated prescription with incorrect power information. Because of this, I can’t order contact lenses even though I had my eye exam done here. I’ve called multiple times to request a corrected version—they confirmed my email address and promised to resend it by the end of the day but never did. I also followed up by email and never received a response. When I contacted the contact lens provider, they told me the doctor’s office refused to approve my prescription. I paid $134 for nothing. I do not recommend this place—try another Costco or eye doctor for better service.

Very busy, 3 or 4 technicians are here, but basically just 1 or 2 are working, not professional, waiting for long time, nobody cares you
