Shoutout to the man and woman working the vision center last night 2-10-2024 (5pm) for gaslighting me after I told them I have a large head. “Oh they all say that”, after telling them my hat size guy behind the counter “ I wear the same size”. Then we went through every pair of glasses that were the biggest they had and none were wide enough, all cut into the sides of my head too tightly and the frames all looked like they were children’s glasses on my face. After that goth girl didn’t have an answer and man behind the counter went back to talking about Kings Island with other people around the counter.

Katie was so kind and thoughtful helping me choose my very first pair of glasses! I am crazy about my frames!! And...I can SEE!! Great experience!! Katie's manager, Mike, did a quick adjustment to the frames so they stopped falling off every time I bent my head.

My frame came back warped and the lens had a blemish. It took several weeks to get things squared away. Whoever ships the glasses sent the wrong thing and then I'd have to start again. Once I was notified via text and the glasses weren't there. But they ultimately got the job done at a decent price and honored their commitment to make it right. My case was unusual, but I'd recommend them because the result in the end was fair.

My last four pairs of glasses from Costco are the best I have ever had. Chris is the Man. No nonsense and seeing great.
