Costco Optical

I stopped in this afternoon to have the lenses replaced on a pair of glasses I recently purchased. Kayte greeted me immediately and was incredibly helpful. She took the time to have me try on different frames to ensure everything was perfect before I walked out the door. It’s rare to find such quality customer service, and it’s exactly what keeps me coming back!

My visit to the eye center was actually exceptional for being my first time. I only went to buy my two pairs of frames I've needed for a year now, but they still helped me all the way. Marisol guided me through the process of picking out different frames within my budget and style preferences, explaining the do's and don't's of picking them out and helping me know what to look for. 10/10 service

The OG Costco in Charlotte. I have been a member since this Costco first opened in Charlotte decades ago and I have always been a fan! Excellent customer service, great selection of name brand and Kirkland brand stuff. There are folks who are working here for 2 decades now! Awesome gas station that beats the other gas station prices. The only problem is that it is super crowded during the weekends and even some weekdays. Love this store and highly recommend!!

Something must have changed. My experience at Costco Optical in Charlotte (Tyvola) has been nothing short of miserable and frustrating. From the point where I checked in using their QR code check in process, that calls you back to the center, only to hace to wait an additional 30 minutes, to the complete failure in trying to look up my insurance (VSP). Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
