Dr. Donnie Koonce is an excellent optometrist. He was very patient listening to all my concerns and answered my many Q's in terms I could easily understand. He was very professional, met me on time, and has a well qualified assistant.
I can honestly say the experience that I had with this office was nothing less than amazing. Dr. Koonce was informative during my visit and she seems to be very knowledgeable in her field. She was friendly, pleasant and showed patience throughout my appointment. Overall my visit was great. A big thanks for your superior customer service!
This was the first time I ever felt so comfortable at an eye doctor’s office. The front desk staff were so polite and patient. But the star of the show is the eye doctor. She was so nice and personable. She explained stuff to me and answered all my questions and concerns. She reminds you of a cool great aunt. I highly recommend this team for all of your eye needs.
Dr. Koonce came highly recommended and did not disappoint! She was excellent with my little girl! They hit it right off. Her staff was great and explain to my daughter what was going to happen so she would not be afraid since this was her 1st visit. We will definitely be back!
So awesome!! All the staff made me feel so welcomed! Super sweet ladies! Doctor is awesome!! Very nice and she really knows her stuff had me smiling and laughing the whole time! I would definitely recommend them and see them again! I am so happy with the service I received!! Thanks again !!
