Great location and an amazing staff! Everyone was so friendly, patient, and kind throughout the entire visit. This was by far the best eye care experience my son has received. Everything was explained clearly, and all of my concerns were genuinely heard and acknowledged. We felt very cared for from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Stellar staff and an amazing environment! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Bergin and Patel, and you can tell they not only know what they’re doing, but care about the patients they see. They are down to explain any questions I had and always discussed what was going on with my eyes so I didn’t feel lost

I really had an amazing experience today. The store had great parking easy to find very clean and everyone was so professional. From the Dr. to the assistants they were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would give this place a million stars if it was possible.

Amazing experience. I have an autoimmune condition that can affect eyes. The Dr was so aware and knowledgeable. She helped me to have confidence in my care moving forward. I loved all of the imaging. The entire staff was great. Recommend 10 out of 10.

I cant rave enough about the great service I had at Excel. I got a referral from CEENTA to Dr. Patel and she provides the best level of care. I think with keratoconus you go in thinking at every appointment you will hear the worst news BUT not this time. Dr. Patel, her assistant Savina (I think Im spelling her name wrong) and even Sarah at the front are GREAT. Super personable people, Dr. Patel breaks it all down for you and gives you the best options and Savina is very comforting and has a great caring quality that makes you feel like you are in a revovling door of patients. Again, probably the best experience Ive had with eye doc in a long time! I look forward to getting my lens.
