Unless you want waste a lot of time don’t even try to book an eye exam at this location. Had an appointment 2 weeks ago but when I arrived I was informed an office had flooded overnight and was told I would need to reschedule…so no problem I did. Just showed up for that appointment and Kim, same person I watched make the appointment 2 weeks ago, said for some reason now that appointment was not in the system. Then informed she can see still me but their medical records system is now down but will take “a couple of minutes” to bring back up. After 10 minutes I was then informed it would be another 10 minutes and just left. Unbelievable!!! At this point I’m glad I didn’t have the eye exam as I could only imagine how bad that would have gone too.

I had an appointment at 3:30 and arrived at 3:20 to allow time for paperwork. I was told they were running 30 minutes behind but was welcome to reschedule if needed. I opted to grab a few things from Costco and come back 20 mins later. After filling out all my intake forms and waiting nearly an hour I’m told the Dr is sick and I need to come back in the morning. I was the last patient of the day and we can assume the Dr wanted to leave at a certain time and had the receptionist cancel on me. In hindsight the suggestion of rescheduling as soon as I walked in the door was a soft launch of the cancellation. The lack of professionalism left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be following through with the eye exam.

I had a January appointment for glasses and contacts. I was told to return for a contact fitting in three weeks, when the trial lenses arrived. One trial lens was incorrect. I've waited another three weeks, and they still haven't arrived. I will not be returning.

Came in for a great and quick exam everything went well. Kim was very helpful and everything went well. Doctor was very knowledgeable and the price affordable.

Great service and kind. Helped me get insurance figured out and made sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend.
