My husband and I visited the optical center on Valentine’s Day to pick out new glasses — I know, super romantic, right? 😄 But what truly made the visit special was Ginny in the optical department. She was absolutely amazing! Ginny was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable as she helped us choose our frames. She took the time to clearly explain our insurance coverage and made thoughtful recommendations to ensure we found frames that fit well and looked great. We never felt rushed, and her positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. This is our first year as Costco members, and Ginny’s outstanding customer service completely exceeded our expectations. Employees like her are a huge reason we’ll keep coming back. Thank you for having such a wonderful team member — I truly hope Ginny gets the recognition she deserves!

Went in to simply ask an associate in the optical department if they had contacts in stock as I usually purchase them through Costco online and they have not been available. I said to him, “hello, I have a question…. “. He interrupted me and pointed away and said, “Have you checked in? You need to get a number”. There was nobody waiting!! I only had a question. I need a flippin number to ask a question when there is nobody else here?? I was so irritated by his lack of customer service and plain rudeness, I just left!
Dr. Karissa Davis was AMAZING! She took the time to explain why my eyes are the way they are to me and was extremely kind and energetic, especially considering my appointment was towards the end of the day. My mom came to the appointment with me and had some questions about her eyes as well, and Dr. Davis answered them all in detail in such a positive manner. I’ve been to many eye exams in my life and I have never met a more caring eye doctor. Thank you Dr. Davis, you rock!
This review is spefically for the Optical Dept. Wished I had read the other reviews before wasting my time here at this location. I spent 45 min picking out frames. I told one of the salespersons I was there to purchase glasses. I Asked where to put my selection of frames to try and was told to leave them on the ledge and let them k ow when ready. When I did, they couldnt find my frames. Another sales rep put them back on the display. Only took him a few min to find most but I spent a few finding the others. I stead of assisting he moved to someone else and I had to wait another 10-15min. I left. I will never shop there again. The service was sub par at best. Even the manager was present, observing and apologized for them putting my frames back but DID NOT offer to assist me when I contined to wait.
Nice Costco. Parking can be tough but inside it's Not too crowded at this Location.
