I've bought glasses from Walmart Vision Center, Stanton Optical, and America's Best over the years, and Pearle Vision blows them all out of the water. My biggest issue in the past was glasses that just never fit my face right. Even after "breaking them in," something was always off, either the prescription or how the lenses sat. This time was completely different. The prescription is spot on, lenses are crystal clear, and the glasses actually fit like they're supposed to. Honestly, the fit is what got me. They used a frame warmer to mold the frames to my face, which sounds minor until you realize how much it matters when you're wearing glasses all day, every day. It's a game changer. After going through so many other optical stores, I finally get what a properly fitted pair of glasses is supposed to feel like, there's just no comparison in the quality, comfort, or service. I love these glasses and I'm genuinely happy with the whole experience. If you've ever dealt with glasses that don't sit right or a prescription that's never quite correct, do yourself a favor and try Pearle Vision. Easily 5 stars from me.

The absolute best! I’ve been coming here for three years, and every visit is a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and their customer service is truly exceptional. They take the time to make sure you feel confident and comfortable in your glasses before you leave, too. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients.

Every time I walk in it's so uncomfortable. My silhuette glasses needed a new bushing. Instead of a quick bushing sleeve repair, they wanted to charge me to replace the arm. I went to Jackson Eye care and even though I bought them at Pearl, they fixed them in no time and at no charge. This staff lost me as a customer. If you want to feel uncomfortable and be overcharged, Pearl is the place for you.

I went here for years. Spent thousands of dollars on exams, glasses, and contacts for myself and children. My children were prescribed glasses with little explanation about why, despite my questions. When we saw a second doctor at the same location, she said the glasses prescribed were not really needed. Additionally, I paid for my annual eye/contact exam and was given multiple contact trials that did not work well and then was told I needed to pay for another refitting because too much time had passed. I am left with no contact prescription, no contacts, and now have to find a new eye doctor and pay out of pocket for another exam/fitting.

Pearl Vision are so kind. They fixed the broken leg of my daughter’s sunglasses straight away and for no charge. Everyone was so friendly. Thank you Pearl Vision.
