Everyone is very friendly . Dr Heinrich was very nice .He made sure to answer all my questions and made sure I got my prescription correct. I have been through two drs here and they were not very thorough and my prescriptions have been off. Ive gone back and just could never get them to get it right. I really believe i have found my place. They also offer coverage on your frames or glasses for up to one year if you break them . My last one did not. The whole staff was awesome. Second year to visit Dr Heinrich. I received fast and great service from the whole team. These are the glasses I ordered

Ms Rockhold was very helpful in picking out my new glasses and exactly how much everything would be. She was very helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed my experience at Coulter Drive Optical!

Dr. Smith cared for both the needs of my son and myself by providing a tailored approach for each of our needs. I greatly appreciate the care and attention everyone provided us. I also filled my new glasses prescription in their optical and the attention and guidance Dana provided was truly remarkable. Dana went above and beyond knowing I needed my glasses by a certain date she took it upon herself to track there arrival and kept me in the loop the entire time.

First time for eye exam in a long time and I was a new patient. Dr. Heinrich was very nice and put me at ease instantly! He explained everything in my scans. I was very satisfied with my visit and will return for all my future eye needs!

Got me in last minute on a Friday for a quick eye check consultation, very friendly and helpful staff and knowledgeable doctors! Answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns and put me at ease! 10/10 definitely recommend! Will absolutely be back for any future eye care needs!
