We came in for the first time to buy my daughter’s glasses and Heather Ogle greeted us with a smile. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of lenses to choose from and helped us pick the perfect pair of glasses for my daughter. The glasses arrived in a timely manner and Heather took very good care of us! Thanks Heather for providing such good customer service! We will definitely come back and would recommend to others. My wife and I recently took advantage of a special that Visionworks had going on to get our glasses (Visionworks has great offers). We were very impressed with the staff and their friendliness! For me this was good since at 56 years old, this was my first time to need glasses. The store manager (Madelyn?) was great! We both love our new glasses. We would definitely recommend this store as a go to when you need to get your prescription filled!

Heather was friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we entered the store. She answered all my questions completely and went into depth on the differences in the lenses for glasses and the benefits each one could provide for my daily life.
