I've been a customer of Craig Scott's for years, and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of their work. Just recently I created a bit of an extra problem for them, an edit to a prescription, and the response was extraordinary. Not a groan to be heard, just a smile and "we can take care of that." Awful customer service. I have been a long time customer of over 20 years. I went in to get new glasses and frames 1 year and a half ago. They convinced me to buy an expensive speciality set of lenses and frames which I never had before. They were much more money than I normally pay for but I trusted the owner who informed me these were higher quality and would allow me to see better at night and would be durable. After a year the coating completely melted away and it was so bad that I can’t drive anymore at night because it picks up too much glare. It was obvious that they had messed up the coating on theses and I went in to get some answers hoping they would make it right. But when I went to their store they blamed the coating issue on me, and said the one year warranty expired and would be charging me again to fix an issue that was their fault in the first place Once again because I have known the owner for 20+ years and he was out that Day I asked the employee to please take my phone number and have the owner call in the next few days as this is an urgent matter. She assured me he would be in the next day and would call. It is now three weeks later and still no call.
Wonderful customer service! Always willing to tune up my glasses as life and grandchildren mess them up. Great advice as to which frames to buy that will compliment your face.
