Was greeted by the receptionist with a smile. Appointment was on time. Dr. Crinzi is the BEST !!! He completely explained everything in language I could understand. Dr. Crinzi was pleasant and professional. I didn't feel rushed and all my questions were answered. Eyewear consultant was informative and professional. I recommend Creighton Optical to those in need of a great eyewear experience.
The staff here are so professional, courteous and excellent at what they do. So many eye glass places are like meat markets and so commercialized, here you get treated in a calm, relaxed and personalized manner. I have multiple problems with my eyes and need precise lenses, the technician gets it perfectly right every time. I've had horrible experiences other places.
Family owned and locally operated with decades of experience. The staff really care about the well-being of their patients and overall experience. The office space is comfortable and they feature a great selection of eyeglasses and accessories to boot. If you are having any vision trouble or need contacts or glasses, this is your place.
Wanted to stay local and support local businesses, went in after waiting 1.5 months for appointment had my eyes examined and waited 2 weeks for my glasses to come in. Got my prescription so I could get sunglasses made somewhere else. Once I got my glasses the prescription was off so bad I couldn't see out of them due to the reading he got for my astigmatism. Went back and they fixed them When asked what about the $575 I spent on my sunglasses was told and I quote " you went in the room and answered the question about what looked better so it's my fault and they won't reimburse me for my sunglasses" they where ordered with there wrong prescription. You don't answer questions about astigmatism they measure your eye so I had nothing to do with it. Worst place ever!!! Will see them in court!!!! Don't go there for any reason!!!
